The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had created development schemes to transform the sprawling island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
